Zucchini Noodles in Spicy Marinara and Cream

Serves 3 to 5 


  • 1 jar of Organico Bello Spicy Marinara pasta sauce
  • 3 large zucchinis
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or half & half
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Slice your zucchinis into noodles- there are lots of ways to do this. You can use a spiralizer or a julienne peeler to get just the right thinness, or slice it yourself for thicker noodles. In a medium pan, saute olive oil and onion until onion turns a translucent hue. Add zucchini noodles and gently saute noodles until just softened. Plate. In another medium sauce pan, heat Organico Bello Spicy Marinara pasta sauce. Gently stir in cream. When sauce mixture is fully combined and bubbly, pour over zucchini noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with red cabbage. Serve immediately.
