Sprinkle fish fillets evenly with salt and pepper. Pour flour into a small dish and coat fish lightly with flour. Place a medium saute pan on medium heat and add olive oil, coating the pan. When oil is hot, add fish fillets and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove and cover to keep warm. Add diced tomatoes and Organico Bello Spicy Marinara pasta sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer. Plate fish and top with sauce mixture. Finish with fresh parsley. Serve with roasted or fresh vegetables.
