Makes one flat breadIngredients:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease or flour-coat a cooking sheet. Combine 1 cup of flour with the yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve the honey in the water. Add the food dye one drop at a time until water is the desired shade of green. Slowly add water mixture to the flour mixture and mix for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Add remaining flour 1/4 cup at a time until a soft dough begins to form. The dough should be slightly sticky. Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a floured surface. Knead the dough for about 4 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. With floured hands, spread one ball of dough onto each cooking sheet. Spread Organico Bello Tomato Basil pasta sauce onto uncooked dough, coating evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and add feta and artichoke hearts. Bake for 5 more minutes or until the crust is golden. Top with fresh arugula and serve.
