Baked Italian Eggs

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Organico Bello Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 3 Eggs 
  • 3 tbsp. cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley to garnish

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour Organico Bello Pizza & Pasta Sauce into a greased ramekin. Top with milk, eggs, and cheeses. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes, or until egg whites are completely opaque. Remove, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
