Spaghetti Squash and Kale Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

Serves 4 to 6

Preheat oven to 375. Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds from both halves. Place squash, cut sides down, in a large baking dish and add 1/2 cup of water to keep squash moist. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender. While it bakes, brown ground turkey in a large sauce pan until it is fully cooked, stirring to granulate. Add Organico Bello Kale Tomato Basil pasta sauce. When squash is fully cooked, use a fork to scrape out the "noodles." Plate and top with the meat sauce mixture. Top with pecorino Romano cheese. Serve with a side salad or other vegetable.
