Grilled Rosemary Chicken and Marinara

Serves 4 to 6


  • 1 jar Organico Bello Marinara pasta sauce 
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary 
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano)


Rinse and dry chicken breasts and place in deep dish pan. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using a basting brush, coat chicken breasts with marinade, flipping each one to cover evenly. Pour remaining marinade into pan. Allow the chicken to marinade for 15 minutes to half an hour. Grill on low heat until cooked thoroughly. Heat Organico Bello Marinara pasta sauce in a medium pan, stirring until it reaches a simmer. Plate chicken breasts and top with sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs. 

Rosemary is a great source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B6.
