Pasta Fagioli Soup

Serves 4 to 6


  • 2 cups Organico Bello Marinara pasta sauce
  • 1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup dried pasta (small shells/tubed pasta or elbow macaroni)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste


Pour Organico Bello Marinara pasta pauce into a large soup or sauce pot. Bring sauce to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add vegetable broth, stir, then bring to a boil. Add kosher salt to taste, then add the pasta and beans. Let the soup simmer until the pasta is completely cooked. Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle cheese on top of each serving.
